Pricing Packages

(All services are a flat hourly rate, and can be intermixed during appointments)

Set of Custom Kitchen Drawings: Including but not limited to an initial kitchen plan, elevations and perspectives with appropriate molding and project details. Plan as purchased can be used for bidding project

One-hour of services, focusing in on color theory and development within the space to compliment existing or transforming palettes. Client will be provided paint color swatches at conclusion of appointment

Up to a 1-hour initial property walk-through. 2 additional hours of consultation to address correspondence and site visits for selections (i.e. stone yards, lighting & tile showrooms, flooring, furnishings, install hours, etc.). 1 Detailed finish schedule with up to 6 finish selections, i.e. cabinetry, paint, lighting, stone, tile, flooring, furnishings, etc. (Documentation of selections to be a reference for homeowner or contractor/supplier)

Up to a 1-hour initial property walk-through. Base Layout for kitchen or bath – including plan and appropriate elevations. 6 additional hours of consultation to address correspondence and site visits for selections (i.e. stone yards, lighting & tile showrooms, flooring, furnishings, install hours, property walk-throughs, drafting hours, etc.). 1 Detailed finish schedule with up to 12 finish selections, i.e. cabinetry, paint, lighting, stone, tile, flooring, furnishings, etc. (Documentation of selections to be a reference for homeowner or contractor/supplier)

Up to a 1-hour property walk-through. 1 Detailed finish schedule with up to 4 paint color selections, and suggestions for appropriate finishes needed to come to market. A formal property write-up to address all concerns, notes, solutions and suggestions to thoroughly prepare the property for coming to market.
